LEVERTON has announced that Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, a tradition-steeped global law firm, has leveraged its deep learning technology for an accelerated real estate transaction.
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s client Conren Land AG, a leading investment company with a focus on office properties, purchased the office building ‘Machtlfinger Höfe’ located in Munich, built in 2003. It is comprised of approximately 21,500m² of leasable space and includes more than 300 parking lots.
This transaction is the most recent project from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and LEVERTON, that followed the success of several meaningful projects that both companies realized since signing a framework agreement in 2016.
By leveraging the LEVERTON platform, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP further expedited and augmented the efficiency of the legal due diligence for their client.
The software simplifies the time-consuming and resource-intensive due diligence task through the automated extraction of relevant key data points such as rent charges, break options or overhaul clauses.
LEVERTON also provides a traceable audit between a structured data output and underlying documentation. Furthermore, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP was able to improve its offering by making use of the LEVERTON Platform in order to identify missing documents and discrepancies in the rent roll compared to the documentation provided in the data room.
