State Securities tops £150m milestone

State Securities, the asset-finance subsidiary of Five Arrows
Leasing Group, in recent weeks reached a milestone of £150m
outstandings in the UK small to medium sized enterprise (SME)
market.

Andrew Bullard, sales director, said that since launch in 1980,
when it employed only two staff, the company has grown to 79
employees with a head office in Southampton and four regional
offices.

Also, two months ago the company completed its largest deal to
date – a £4.8m funding for construction equipment.

Most of its business is sourced from brokers, and it boasts a
one stop shop service that enables swift deal turnaround
times.
