UK independent ‘not for profit’ organisation Institute of Car Fleet Management (ICFM) has appointed Nigel Trotman to its board.
Trotman, who entered the fleet industry in 1993, has recently retired from Alphabet. At Alphabet he held a strategic fleet consultant role and was closely involved in the evolution and delivery of a number of products such as AlphaCity and AlphaElectric. He previously worked for Lloyds TSB Autolease and Whitbread.
Chairman of the ICFM, Paul Hollick said: "I am delighted to welcome Nigel Trotman as the latest industry stalwart to join our impressive 11-strong board. His election strengthens the ICFM board still further and Nigel’s widespread experience will undoubtedly assist us in broadening our appeal to potential members seeking to develop their own careers and build their professional skills in vehicle fleet management."
