Solifi, a global fintech software provider for the secured finance sector, has announced that Dan Corazzi will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer on 13 January 2025. David Hamilton, Solifi’s current CEO, will transition to the position of Chairman after more than seven years at the helm.
Corazzi brings experience in enterprise software and leadership, having served most recently as Chief Revenue Officer at JAGGAER, a global procurement software provider. Over his 25-year career, he has held key executive roles, including General Manager of SAP’s North American Customer Experience business and COO for SAP’s Financial Services Industries division. Corazzi also spent seven years as CEO of ESM Solutions Corporation, a cloud-based spend management provider, leading the company to recognition among Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing private companies.
