Rothschild-owned Five Arrows Leasing has created a group head role overseeing credit and risk for former managing director Nigel Pearce.

The lessor has promoted former sales director Gareth Wilding to fill Pearce’s role as managing director.

Wilding, a former sales director for subsidiary Fineline Media Finance, said: "I have taken the reins at a time in the company’s history when our shareholder Rothschild has become more directly involved in supporting and encouraging our growth. With what we have planned, the next few years promise to be very exciting."

Wilding has been replaced as sales director of the five-strong team at Fineline by Alan Henry, who was recruited from visual workflow solutions provider Grass Valley, where he was northern Europe regional director.
