UK lessor Lombard has promoted its strategy and product manager, Andy Brown, to the newly created role of head of insight.
In this role, Brown will be responsible for gaining clearer insight into Lombard’s customers, and ensuring the products Lombard develops in future are relevant to their needs.
He will report to Lombard’s head of strategy and product development, Keith Softly, who said Brown’s time in the strategy team had "provided a detailed understanding of our business and its customers."
Brown originally moved to Lombard two years ago from Allianz Insurance.
