Richmond Group, a specialist outsourcing company for the leasing sector, has unveiled two back-office cloud-based services for equipment and auto finance providers.
The company’s pay-per-use service offerings will either adapt to the user’s existing back-office systems or “use our preferred software partners’ systems for additional cost savings,” the company said.

The Move to Improve service will allow user’s “an opportunity to offer clients further large cost and efficiency savings” through “an additional option for finance companies that want Richmond to also provide a reliable back-office software system at a reasonable price along with cost certainty as they scale,” the company said.
The London-based Group said it will manage lessor back-office processes “from our nearshore European location using Richmond-trained, English-speaking staff” and has partnered with software providers “who have pre-configured their systems with Richmond-specified model office products, processes and reporting for efficient timely deployment.”
David Pedreno, director of Richmond Group, said: “Our clients have told us that they need lower costs to service their back office, finance and administration areas; they need reasonable and reliable systems costs; they need certainty of costs; and lastly they need scalability.
“In the last year, we have seen a real change in attitudes to the kind of service we are offering, in large part due to having taken part in the world’s largest experiment in remote working.”
