Reward Funding has expanded its North West team in the UK with three key managerial appointments, aimed at reinforcing client relationships and business development.
The alternative finance provider has appointed Gemma Carson, Gareth Boardman, and Sarah Gaskin to its Manchester city centre office.
Gemma Carson has experience in commercial finance and previously held client relationship and underwriting roles at Assetz Capital and SDKA.
In the new role, she will focus on supporting new clients in meeting their funding requirements.
Gareth Boardman has two decades of experience in the commercial and private banking sectors.
Boardman, who most recently served at Lloyds Banking Group, will contribute his knowledge to support Reward’s growing client base in the region.

Her responsibilities will include forging strong connections with commercial finance brokers and intermediaries, as well as aiding local businesses in securing the funds necessary for innovation and market expansion.
Recently, Reward Funding promoted Harriet Gibbs to the role of sales director. She is tasked with driving business growth and delivering high-performance funding solutions.
