Oakmont Capital Services (OCS), a subsidiary of JA Mitsui Leasing Group, has implemented Leasepath Enterprise by software company Leasepath to enhance its equipment financing operations.
Leasepath claims that its platform will augment OCS’ customer interactions, streamline operations, and support sustainable growth.
Leasepath Enterprise, which leverages Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, offers a strong infrastructure and security through Microsoft Azure.
The system is designed to optimise the management of customer interactions and internal operations by consolidating various functions into a single, integrated platform, the tech vendor added.
Leasepath CEO Jeffrey Bilbrey said: “The team at Oakmont has demonstrated visionary leadership in their pursuit of customer servicing excellence. Our partnership with Oakmont has brought an exceptional solution to life, and we are excited for their continued success.”
It will also enable OCS to bring portfolio servicing in-house, thereby centralising its operations and improving overall workflow.

By GlobalDataThe centralisation of communication tools is a key feature of Leasepath Enterprise, integrating email, Microsoft Teams for internal chat, and phone systems to provide a comprehensive view of the leasing process.
This integration will ensure that all departments have access to consistent and accurate customer data, effectively creating a single source of truth.
Moreover, Leasepath’s native integrations with Microsoft solutions such as Outlook and Teams enable OCS to track, record, and automate customer communications.
The platform’s integration with Microsoft conversational AI Copilot will enable OCS to improve customer service and better leverage emerging business opportunities.
OCS CEO and president Joe Leonard said: “Everyone on our team having access to the same information provides a unified understanding of our customers and products. This makes it much easier to formulate smarter decisions and deliver excellence in customer service.”
