The large commercial banking team will consist of 10 employees, and will focus on companies with a turnover above £10m (€11.6m) and debt greater than £3m.
The team will be tasked with supporting these companies with day-to-day banking requirements, and will include such as management buy-ins and outs and asset purchases.
Andy Veares, director of large commercial banking at Metro Bank said: “I’m delighted to welcome Paul, Simon, Mark, and Andrew to the growing team.
“They will each play a valuable role not just in the team, but in the direction of our commercial bank, and I look forward to working with all four of them.”
