RBS Asset finance arm Lombard has provided the
hire purchase component of a deal in conjunction with sister
companies in the RBS group, to fund the acquisition and export of
£250,000 worth of bottle-making plant for Norwich-based
manufacturer FL Plastics Ltd.
The new Nissei injection stretch blow moulding
machine has been imported from Japan, and can produce 35,000
plastic bottles per day.

It will massively increase production
capacity, putting FL in a stronger position to increase its UK
market share by increasing not only volume but also speed of
response to orders.
Export finance was provided by Natwest and RBS
Invoice finance.
