Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB), a specialist bank and asset finance provider serving UK SMEs, has recently relocated its headquarters from 55 Bishopsgate to 80 Fenchurch Street in the City of London.
Completed in 2020, the tower provides a modern working environment. Rising 14 stories high, it features six landscaped terraces on its exterior.
At the core of the design is a commitment to occupier amenities, with a two-story entrance foyer housing business lounges, a café, and a forum, fostering collaboration and networking opportunities.
In a statement, HTB highlighted the building’s commitment to sustainability and technology, achieving BREEAM Excellent and Wired Score platinum ratings, respectively.
Peldon Rose, in collaboration with property consultant Carter Jonas, spearheaded the fit-out of HTB’s new space on the ninth floor. One notable feature of the design is its emphasis on natural light, with strategically positioned workstations offering panoramic views of iconic London landmarks, including The Gherkin and Tower Bridge.
