Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB), a provider of development finance and asset finance to UK SMEs, has bolstered its bridging finance division by adding four new professionals to the team.
Nathan Wilson has been hired as the senior underwriter, bringing with him a decade of experience from United Trust Bank (UTB).
He will be responsible for nurturing partnerships with principal stakeholders and aiding in the development of new financial products, the lender said.
Olivia Colmer-Lynch has been appointed as senior lending manager. She has served over four years in HTB’s specialist mortgages division.
In her new capacity, Colmer-Lynch will manage the processing team and facilitate effective communication between the sales and underwriting teams.
Ella Hosier has joined the team as a lending manager. She has eight years of experience in mortgage and bridging finance, including a recent role as a case manager at MT Finance.

Ireland’s substantial experience in the mortgage sector is drawn from his previous role as a regional account manager at Castle Trust.
