GE Capital has appointed Neil Kerridge as
originations director at its corporate structured finance team.
The move is part of a bid to strengthen GE
Capital’s capabilities as it focuses on supporting UK businesses
with a major presence in Europe.
Kerridge will be based in London and will
develop new business opportunities, domestically and cross-border,
in structured asset based lending (ABL) and invoice
finance.
Kerridge joins GE Capital from Lloyds TSB
Commercial Finance, where he was head of ABL structuring. He has
also held a number of positions with the corporate sales and audit
teams at Lloyds TSB.
Stephan Caron, commercial director at GE
Capital, said: “As we ramp up our cross-border and corporate
structured finance capabilities, it is great to have someone
joining our team with as much experience and expertise in
origination and deal structuring as Neil.”
The corporate structured finance team at GE
Capital works with companies with sales of £100m (€114m) and above.
It provides structured asset-based lending solutions, such as
receivables, inventory, and plant and machinery
financing.
