Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Fleet and Business has appointed fleet support agency ROI to manage aspects of its fleet offering.
ROI will supply their sales team of 30, and focus on day-to-day sales, CRM, and growing fleet volumes, while FCA’s team will focus on relationship development, strengthening their offers, and improving customer experience.
This appointment is the latest move in FCA’s strategy to grow the reach of its marques into fleets, having launched a slew of new vehicle models this year, including the first Alfa Romeo SUV.
Francis Bleasdale, fleet and remarketing director at FCA UK, said: “With the recent addition of new products like the…Alfa-Romeo Giulia, we now represent one of the broadest and most desirable product ranges in the marketplace.
“Our continued investment in our fleet services and the appointment of ROI is part of our strategy to make us the best in the industry and to ensure we become a manufacturer of choice for fleet operators and company car drivers.”
ROI’s suite of technology products, such as a mobile fleet sales tool, a fleet workflow, and helpdesk tool, and lead management system, will be available to FCA.
