Aldermore has appointed Carl D’Ammassa as managing director of its asset finance division.
D’Ammassa will join the company on 1 October, after leaving his position as managing director of Hitachi Capital Business Finance.
He replaces George Ashworth who left Aldermore in July and will be based in the company’s Reading office, reporting to Mark Stephens, Aldermore Group commercial director and chief executive.
D’Ammassa said he was "excited to join such a dynamic, progressive bank" with a "strong reputation for quality and reliability".
He added: "Aldermore has built an excellent asset finance business which has real commitment to solving the funding needs of small and medium sized businesses throughout the UK."
Jonathon Maycock will also join the company from 16 September as national sales director for asset finance, after leaving his role as national sales director for asset finance at GE Capital.
