UK-based Compass Business Finance has announced key promotions and a new appointment to its team to support its expansion plans.

Kellie Franklin, a veteran with nearly 12 years at Compass, has been promoted to lead an office-based team of business development executives.

Franklin said: “Compass is a friendly and dynamic workplace. We balance hard work with camaraderie, and I love sharing my baking with the team!”

Bode Adeluola, who joined Compass in 2023, will join the newly established Direct Sales Team.

Adeluola will focus on acquiring new customers in the company’s core sectors, including manufacturing, print and packaging, engineering, and construction.
