BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions UK has appointed a lead for its broker team and made a series of promotions.
Alongside Tim’s Pulleyn’s appointment as head of broker, Paul Baker has been promoted to head of food and agriculture and Alun Davies to head of construction and logistics.

Pulleyn will be responsible for managing BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions’ network of brokers across multiple sectors. Pulleyn most recently held the position of head of structured finance and asset management at Metro Bank.
Prior to his time at Metro Bank, Pulleyn held positions at PEAC Finance, Aldermore Bank, Hitachi Capital UK and HSBC Bank.
Baker has over 32 years of experience in the agriculture sector with 12 years spent at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions. He has been promoted from a position as head of dealer direct.
The business’ new head of construction and logistics, Davies has spent five years at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions to date. His career in the automotive industry stretches back over 30 years with positions at Chartered Trust, First National Motor Finance (Abbey National) and Close Brothers. Prior to his promotion he has held positions as area sales manager for commercial vehicles and materials handling divisions, and head of sales for commercial vehicles at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions.

This month BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions UK appointed its HR director to the board.
In her role as a board member, Rachel Appleton will have joint oversight of the business strategy whilst also retaining her long-held position as HR director.
