ALD Automotive has announced that three of its existing staff will be moved to new positions within the company. The vehicle lessor will implement the personnel changes on 1 September of this year.
Philippe Valigny, the former general manager of ALD Automotive Turkey and head of South-Eastern European hub will become general manager of ALD Automotive Morocco.
Valigny will also be responsible for regional supervision of Portugal and Algeria, as part of a newly-created hub covering the two countries and Morocco.
Valigny first joined ALD in 2004 as general manager in Romania, and has previously worked for Renault and Société General.
Shane Dowling will move from general manager of ALD Automotive Romania to the same position in Turkey, also taking regional responsibility for the South-Eastern European hub.
Before joining ALD in 2006, Dowling held positions at Johnson and Perrot Fleet Services and Mitsubishi Motors Ireland.

By GlobalDataFrédéric Banco, previously general manager of ALD Automotive Morocco, will now become general manager of ALD Automotive Romania. Banco joined ALD Automotive France in 1996, when it was still known as Temsys.
