Asset Finance Solutions (AFS) is launching a new training and mentoring scheme to provide a pathway for younger professionals to join the broker industry.
Backed by several leading funders, AFS’s Finance Broker Academy aims to tackle the growing broker succession crisis by providing structured support and training programmes to nurture the next generation of finance brokers.
Designed by brokers for brokers, The Finance Broker Academy will officially welcome its first cadre members through the door in January 2021.
The programme will comprise several overarching topics combined with a mixture of learning interventions to provide its members with everything they need to become fully-fledged brokers.
