International legal practice Norton Rose has announced that
three of its Islamic finance specialist partners will be moving to
join its Middle East offices in March 2009.

Neil Miller, currently global head of Islamic finance, will join
the Dubai office; whilst corporate finance partner Alan Bainbridge,
and asset finance partner Emma Giddings, will both move to the
office in Abu Dhabi.

Miller specialises in Islamic finance, helping clients to create
Sharia-compliant instruments, and is a member of the Islamic
Finance Experts Group (advisers to the UK government). His move to
Dubai follows the promotion of Davide Barzilai and the arrival of
partner Farmida Bi, both specialists in Islamic and conventional
asset finance.

“We have been active in the Middle East for over 30 years and
these moves are evidence of our continued strong commitment to the
region,” said Peter Martyr, CEO of the Norton Rose
Group.
