International law firm Watson, Farley &
Williams yesterday appointed Toby Royal as a partner. Royal is a
member of the asset finance team in London, focusing on commercial
shipping work ranging from sale and purchase, new building and
construction, ship management agreements, joint ventures and
operating and finance leases.
The firm also appointed Sven Fretthold as a
partner. A member of the project and structured finance team in
Hamburg, Fretthold specialises in project finance work with a
particular focus on renewable energy. He acts for lenders, sponsors
and borrowers in domestic as well as international project
financing transactions.
