Commercial finance technology provider HPD Software has promoted Andrea Cole to global products director and Paul Bower to global commercial director.
Kevin Day, appointed HPD Software’s chief executive officer at the end of November, said that the appointments were linked to “the recent launch of a number of strategic developments.”

Andrea Cole has worked for PPD for 15 years, her most recent role being that of Aquarius product director. In the role, Cole will be responsible for product management and development, as well as managing client services.
Paul Bower has spent nine years in HPD’s commercial division, and as global commercial director he will oversee client relationships and activity in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.
Day said: “Andrea and Paul have true industry knowledge and experience and are well respected within the commercial finance sector. They are absolutely the right people to help spearhead our planned business growth.”
