Aldermore Bank has provided a £24,800 finance facility to Leicestershire-based garment company Fanela to be used to invest in new manufacturing machinery.
Fanela was founded in 1980, and prints t-shirts to be supplied to a variety of retailers, employing 75 individuals.
The funding from Aldermore has helped the company purchase embroidery and sewing machines in order to fulfil their orders. Fanela was introduced to Aldermore by Causon Business Finance.
Artie Pallari, managing director at Fanela, said: “The new machines we have purchased thanks to the funding from Aldermore will help us to meet this growing demand, and to deliver the high standards that our clients require within tight timescales.”
Mike Kilford, business development manager, asset finance at Aldermore, said: “Fanela is an inspiring company…exactly the kind of business that Aldermore was established to support.
“At Aldermore we pride ourselves in our ability to lend against a wide variety of assets, and our commitment to providing flexible support for our SME customers when they require it.”
