The UK-based Leasing Foundation has unveiled its 2024 30 Under 30 index, now in its fourth year, recognising emerging talent in the asset finance sector.
Sponsored by Acquis and backed by Asset Finance Connect, the initiative acknowledges the talents of young professionals who are making significant contributions to the industry through their creativity and innovative approaches.
This year’s index features a diverse group of individuals from various lenders and service providers, including Andrew Burley from Funding Circle, Beth Prudames from Apollo Capital, Arno Lawrence from Lloyds, Chloe White from Metro Bank, Dominic Gibbs from DF Capital, and Ed Rixon from Shawbrook.
United Trust Bank asset finance head and Leasing Foundation non-executive director Nathan Mollett said: “Each year, our 30 Under 30 index highlights the talent that will define the future of asset finance. This year’s cohort is exceptional, with their ambition, vision and innovation. They bring the diversity, energy and talent we need to move the industry forward.
“We’re delighted to celebrate their achievements and can’t wait to see what they do next.”
The criteria for entry into the index was UK-based asset finance or leasing professionals aged 29 or younger as of 30 September 2024, demonstrating their impact across various areas.
