UK-based asset finance provider Haydock Finance has hired Jan Greenhalgh as its new head of operations for asset finance.
Greenhalgh has been the SME lending operations director at Paragon Bank since June 2018.
Greenhalgh said: “When I first met with the team in Blackburn, it was astoundingly evident how everyone works together to ensure introducers and their customers are held at the heart of every interaction. It is also clear that the company is embracing change and driving service excellence to deliver for their customers and people.”
Before serving at Paragon Bank, Greenhalgh had an 18-year stint at RBS/NatWest, where she worked in many senior operational positions.
Haydock Finance operations director Steve Worrall said: “Jan’s appointment strengthens our commitment to delivering exceptional service and driving growth while supporting SMEs with tailored asset finance solutions.
“Her wealth of experience will further enhance our skilled team, and her emphasis on collaboration fits perfectly with Haydock’s core values. We are excited to see the positive impact and contributions that Jan will bring as we keep innovating and driving ongoing success for both our customers and our introducers.”
