Two specialist consulting firms GrowCap and VIP Apps Consulting have combined their efforts “to develop a methodology to assist asset and motor finance providers as they come out of Coronavirus lockdown and are faced with redefining their operating models,” the companies said in a statement.
The decision to team up follows GrowCap’s June survey of UK asset and motor finance executives that highlighted the need for large scale changes ranging from the creation of secure home working environments to the increased digitisation of customer experience and operations, the two said in a statement.
By sharing expertise, the two consultancies have developed “a diagnostic approach that helps business leaders to quickly identify and progress areas of process and organisation that necessitate re-engineering,” the statement said.
The two said their approach will help with operational cost reductions “while reducing risk and increasing organisational resilience.”
The consultancies would help businesses with establishing “a clear link is created between organisational redesign and defined technology requirements.”
In particular, “is the development of high quality operating models to support remote working practices with the appropriate levels of productivity, oversight and performance measurement.”
