Fleet provider Alphabet is to review its broker relationships, three years after launching its broker channel, Alphabet Partner.
Graham Conway, head of Alphabet Partner, said the world had changed since the broker channel was launched, and indicated that the review was a natural progression.
He said: “It’s almost three years since the launch of Alphabet Partner. Back then, Alphabet Partner was a ‘start-up’. Since then we’ve grown with our partners and their SME customers.
“We’ve come a long way with our partners so far. Naturally though, any successful organisation or network must review its commercial relationships every few years.”
Conway said that the fleet provider has begun the process of reviewing its more than 40 broker agreements to make sure they are fit for purpose for 2018 and beyond.
Gavin Davies, general manager, SME sales and distribution at Alphabet said its partner programme would remain part of its business, but was just one of a number of its channels.
