Law firm Stephenson Harwood has appointed Lisa Marks as an asset finance partner in its London office.
Marks was a partner for eight years in the finance practice at her previous firm Berwin Leighton Paisner.
Within leasing and asset finance, Marks has particular experience in receivables, operating leases and asset-backed lending, as well as cross-border and project finance.
Her most recent work has concentrated on finance agreements for rolling stock, data centre equipment, medical equipment and aircraft.
Last year Marks was appointed as a governor of the Leasing Foundation, making her the first lawyer to hold this post.
